Fair & White products added another member to its ever expanding product line which includes So White range of lotions, soaps and cream. Fair & White Gold Series has also established itself firmly in the Nigerian market in only a few years. So Carrot Lotion appears to be an effort to appeal to lovers of Carrot oil and its formula is supported with sunflower oil and other emollients. It is a very aggressive skin lightening body lotion with hydroquinone (appears as hydroxyphenol) and is similar to its other relatives in the Fair & White product family..
Any concerns?
As is we usually do with skin lightening products always support these with a broad spectrum sunscreen of SPF 30 and above. Also avoid harsh sunlight as much as possible to avoid sunburn and other forms of skin damage.
The Final Word
So Carrot Lotion so far has not been as popular as its legendary cousin 'So White Lotion' or even the equally popular Gold Series products. However, it could serve those wishing to explore skin lightening and carrot oil lovers. Our rating is 6/10
