The first thing that we need to understand as far as this product is concerned is that it does not contain Honey  or any of its extracts. This is quite shocking especially if you consider the "colourful" packaging. Many consumers and beauty expert would have been recommending Honey Lotion for years without ever suspecting for a second that it may not actually have anything to do with honey at all. In fact apart from the bee and honey design it does not make any claims concerning honey as an ingredients. This is a reminder that we should always double check on product claims and avoid drawing conclusions based on packaging or other forms of advertising alone.
Apart from this misleading packaging design, Honey lotion lists an impressive arrangement of essential oils, moisturizing agents and skin replenishing substances. It may not be the answer if you want to whiten or lighten your skin in a few days but instead it will likely provide a steady brightening effect if used regularly over several weeks.  

Any concerns?
Not much. For any product with antioxidants and skin brightening ingredients it is always advisable to use sun protection or restrict using the product during the day. Honey lotion also contains several natural oils including sweet almond so you may need to patch test if you are prone to allergies.
