Black Opal does not seem to feature this product on its website so getting accurate product information is challenging. Other reviews by mobofree.com and allure.com.ng  state that this body oil contains emollients, vitamin E and Licorice extract. Licorice is a vigorous skin lightening agent. It provides multiple benefits including anti-inflammatory, skin healing, balancing uneven skin tone, fighting skin ailments like eczema and so many others benefits.

Any concerns?
Yes. The packaging of this product appears atrocious. Skin care products with highly active ingredients are usually packaged in opaque bottles. This is to prevent undue exposure to sunlight which may negatively impact the  products effectiveness. Opaque bottles and tubes is standard packaging for many active anti-aging or skin lightening serums and oils.
In addition, all skin lightening products should be used with broad spectrum sun screen of SPF30 and above.
