It has antibacterial (anti-acne) properties (cetypyridinium)
How good is it?
Its formulation appears to be very much below average.
Any concerns?
Yes. The sample reviewed contains methylisothiazolinone which is a source of concern globally. You can read about it here Also it appears to contain rose fragrance alone without essence or oil.
