What does it do?
It is a very rappid skin lightener (hydroquinone)
It has some moisturizing properties (glycerine,mineral oil, stearic acid cetearyl alcohol)
How good is it?
It is an excellent skin lightener. Moisturizing properties are average at best (based on ingredients list)
Any concerns?
It contains no sunscreen. Ingredients suggest serious risk of sunburn if used during the day.
