Have you ever come out of bath or shower feeling like you
are not as clean as you would like to be? Some people shower twice a day yet they
don’t get that feeling of being very clean. A good way to check the
effectiveness of your shower routine is to wipe your face (or any part of your
body) with baby wipes or a clean white napkin. A dark brown stain is evidence
that you are not getting the job done.
It’s a problem because beauty products are very expense. Most
of us can’t afford those really nice quality products. Yet we may spend much more
money buying tubes, gels and creams to solve the problems created from poor shower habits.
The 2 Step Beauty Shower System will help you maintain clean
healthy skin free of pimples, spots, and
infections while improving overall personal hygiene. The really good news is that
it is cheaper in the long run.
Here’s what it will do:
-
It will help clean your body effectively with
each bath
-
It will allow you save money and use quality products of your choice
You will need:
-
A nice neutral (non-lightening) bar soap such
as Dove or Eva (I use Dettol soap)
-
A high quality liquid bath wash or gel (it’s
ok if it lightens, I use Neutrogena body wash)
-
Nice clean bath sponge or net sponge (it’s
easier to clean your back with a net sponge)
-
Clean towel (please wash your bath towel
every week if possible)
The process:
1) Shower with
ordinary water for about 3 minutes (helps you relax and moistens your skin)
2) shower generously
with bar soap (this helps removes the top layer of oil & dirt particles)
3) Rinse
until your body is free from soap and bubbles.
4) Apply
a very small quantity of your quality bath gel or wash (observe that it lathers
very well)
5) Rinse
thoroughly with fresh water and dry off
Remember to use a moisturizing lotion to keep your skin
from drying out.
Observe that you used a very small amount of your expensive
quality product. I have found this method extends the life of my favourite
Neutrogena wash and I enjoy its benefits for months without spending fortunes.
