Maxi White S1 Serum is a marvelous product distinctly based on Kojic acid as its lightening agent. I was surprised to discover that Kojic acid is actually a delightful replacement for Hydroquinone. It is derived from the same natural raw material as that used in making traditional Japanese "sake". I hope to share a post with you soon specifically on Kojic acid, its source,uses and characteristics. Maxi White S1 is quite an aggressive lightener and more suitable if you're looking for sharp quick results without the drawbacks of hydroquinone.
