Rumex occidentalis extract which is a lightening agent. Its probably key to what makes maxi-peel exfoliate cream effective in treating spots, blemishes and sunburn. Its action is similar to hydroquinone based on clinical studies shown
here. The extract is obtained from the plant which is found naturally in California, USA.
