How good is it?
It is a very good lightener with good moisturizers (based on formulation. There is little in terms of fighting acne.

Any concerns?
Yes. It appears to contain no sunscreen (based on ingredients). It should be used preferably at night or with SPF30 sunscreen (or above) during the day.
