I have come across the term "Beauty Soap" several times while researching cosmetic products over the years. Sometimes I wonder what actually differentiates a toilet soap from a Beauty Soap. The answer may seem obvious to some but for the purpose of my next few posts (which will focus on beauty soap) I will provide my own personal definition. This may be different from some professional definitions but I will have to take a position and this is it for now.
A Beauty Soap is basically a soap manufactured for the purpose of enhancing the appearance of the user. Normal Soap or toilet soap are manufactured primarily for the purpose of cleaning which involves removal of dirt particles.
