What will it do for your skin?
Medisoft Medicated Soap is a sister product to Medibath Soap. The two are made by the same manufacturer. Medibath however, claims to be a mosquito repellent soap. Medibath Soap is reviewed in an earlier post.
The key ingredient in this product is TCC (Triclocarban) which is a very common antibacterial agents that appears in many other medicated and antibacterial soaps such as Safe Guard Antibacterial and Dettol Soap. It is considered safe and effective in fighting bacteria and other micro-organisms that cause skin infection and irritation. In addition Medisoft also claims to contain Lavender oil and glycerine. Glycerine is a moisturizer and skin replenishing ingredient while Lavender has many benefits including the ability to sooth the skin, reduce inflammation and fight infection. All this makes Medisoft soap a bargain priced product if all its claims are to be believed.
